Founder of Perth Osteopathic Medicine, Denis brings over 25 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to personalised, hands-on care. After completing his osteopathic training at the University of Western Sydney, Denis taught anatomy, physiology, neurology, and biomechanical theory at several tertiary institutions. His teaching background informs his thorough and educational treatment style.
Through gentle structural techniques and holistic assessment, Denis helps his patients feel at ease in their bodies and empowered in their health. Dr Ashby Smith
Advanced Sport Osteopath
BHlthSc, BAppSc (Osteopathic Studies)
Ashby joined the Perth team after 10 years of working with active individuals and elite athletes in Melbourne. He has done extensive work with elite sports groups, including Volleyball Victoria and the Rockingham Flames. He currently serves as Head of Strength and Rehab at East Perth Football Club.
Ashby specialises in spinal mobility, breathing mechanics, and rehab of the lower limbs, especially in active or high-performance populations. His treatments consider how the whole body works together, and he brings a preventative lens to each session, equipping patients with the support and information they need for long-term resilience and performance.


Dr Tomislav Krunes

Tomislav integrates structural osteopathy with a patient-focused approach, guiding clients toward improved function, balance, and comfort. Holding both a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Master of Health Science in Osteopathy, his warm, grounded style helps people feel safe and supported.

With over 50 years of clinical experience, Dr Andre Gajek is one of Western Australia’s most experienced osteopaths. A graduate from the NSW College of Osteopathy and WA’s first registered osteopath, Andre practices with great depth and care. His tailored treatments draw on cranial therapy, structural adjustments, visceral techniques, and integrative manual approaches.

Sally’s caring, analytical approach to foot health combines expert knowledge with practical support. She graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2007, where she was awarded the Ted and Grace Renton Memorial Award for achieving first place in Biomechanics in her final year.
Over the past 18 years, she has worked in sports medicine and private practice settings across Sydney, Melbourne, and London. Her clinical interest in biomechanics and footwear has been enriched by her experience collaborating with leading brands like Mizuno and HOKA, giving her unique insights into how shoe design can impact movement, injury, and performance.
In the clinic, Sally is known for her clear communication and education-focused care. She takes the time to understand her patients' lifestyle and goals, helping them maintain long-term foot health with confidence and clarity.


Natasha Firns
Podiatrist
Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine,
Natasha is a skilled podiatrist and registered nurse with over 15 years’ experience in foot and lower-limb health, and more than 20 years in neurospinal and neurosurgical nursing. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work, blending clinical expertise with a warm, patient-first approach.
Her special interests include biomechanics, scoliosis, lower back pain, and the treatment of fungal nail and skin infections. She is experienced in all areas of podiatry, including ingrown toenail surgery, orthotic therapy, and general foot and nail care.
Natasha is known for her clear communication and thorough assessments. She takes the time to listen, explain treatment options in plain language, and support patients to make confident, informed decisions—always focused on care that supports long-term wellbeing.
